A Re-Cap of “This Week in Central New York”
Join us each and every Saturday morning at 7:00 on all of our stations for our community affairs program "This Week in Central New York."
On this past week's show (August 31):
Eric talked with Liz McGrail, SUNY women's soccer coach. The topic is the upcoming Mayor's Cup tournament. It is the longest such soccer tourney in the U.S.
Leslie Ann talked with Paul Lord about the volunteer effort to stock a local creek with thousands of baby eels. Lord is a researcher with the SUNY Oneonta Biological Field Research station.
And Big Chuck visited with Peter Pockriss about Farming Bovina Days festival coming up on September 1. This festival brings hundreds to the small farming hamlet in Delaware County.
