Memorial Fund Set Up To Benefit Local Murder Victim’s Children
A memorial fund has been set up for the three small children of Lucinda Knoll (above). Knoll, 39, was murdered at her Norwich home on Friday. A former boyfriend, William Danielson, of Oxford, is in Chenango County Jail on charges related to Knoll's death.
