Lisa Loeb's mega hit is over nineteen years old but still gets heavy radio play.  "Stay (I Miss You)", started a three week run as the number one song in the United States on this day, August 6, 1994.  It is good to know people.  Her friend and actor, Ethan Hawke, shared the single with Ben Stiller, the director of his then upcoming movie, "Reality Bites", also starring Winona Ryder.  She and Ethan were neighbors in New York City, sort of.  Their apartments were across the street from each other.  Stiller agreed to put the song in the movie and the rest is history.

For those of us who focus on her glasses, she has her own eyewear line.
