Neither Katy Perry nor Madonna are strangers to getting a little provocative, but when the two pop divas came together for a cover spread in V Magazine's upcoming issue, the two were more deliciously scandalous than ever.

Clad in some seriously skimpy leather duds, Madonna poses on the cover sitting in a chair, legs spread (with the magazine's logo placed strategically) and leather corset top leaving practically nothing to the imagination. Behind her, Perry straddles her, donning a shiny leather ensemble with short shorts and sheer, thigh-high stockings (the same as Madonna's.) In the shot, both ladies of pop stare icily at the camera, red lips drawn into a pout.

And inside the magazine, the 'Dark Horse' singer and music icon discussed their provocative art and revealed behind-the-scenes details from their sexy photoshoot.

"I would always say to my 'Dad, I'm an artist, I have to express myself,'" Madonna explained to the magazine about her father's reactions to her more scandalous moves. (Quotes via Us Weekly.) "I think he's finally come to terms with it. It's only taken 30 years."

Still, there are some things that a parent is always going to find juuust a little awkward.

"He's like, 'Do you have to simulate masturbation on a bed?'" Madonna joked. "I'm like, 'Yes Dad, I do.'"

While Perry hasn't reached that milestone yet -- a la Miley Cyrus in her 'Adore You' video -- she tells Madonna that under her wing, she just might get there.

"I haven't gone that far yet," she said, "but maybe under your great mentorship I might reach that point."

The pop stars continued to banter back and forth, particularly when describing their sexy shoot together.

"I was sore in my upper body and in my butt area from all that squatting," Perry said of the photoshoot with the Material Girl, who quipped: "It's good to be sore in your butt. My neck is sore from that wonderful moment when I was sucking on your heel."

Despite the tension in their limbs, there was no bad tension between the two stars during the shoot -- in fact, it was quite the opposite.

"I really enjoyed working with you on the photo shoot," Madonna told Perry. "People always expect that when two divas get together that there might be weird vibes or a strange competitiveness, but this was easy and fun."
