How much does it cost to put on a concert? There is the cost of the venue, insurance, staff, security, possible lighting, sound and stage, a list of other things and then you still have to book an act. After you book the act, there is the added expense of food, hotel, and other artists requests like an all white back stage room with white furniture, white rug and twelve dozen red roses. I demand that at all remote broadcasts (in my head).
