Healthlinks At Foxcare Launch And Re-Opening Party Saturday

Healthlinks at Foxcare on Route 7 in the east end of Oneonta has been busy with multiple renovations of their fitness facility and now they are ready to show it all off.  This Saturday, March 4th from 9 a.m. to noon, Healthlinks will reveal not only a new name but offer a free event to the community featuring:

• tours of the newly renovated facilities, along with the new functional training studio and new Olympic weightlifting and suspension training equipment
• free express group fitness classes:
  9a - 9:25a: cycling with Michelle
  9:30 - 9:55: yoga with Stefani
  10 - 10:25: timeless classics with Dave
  10:30 - 10:55: Aquacise with Michele
  11 - 11:25: Stability Ball class with Dave
  11:30 - 11:55: PiYo (yoga and pilates) with Natasha
• Fitbit Flex giveaway: free drawing open to those who come out
