
Halloween Safety Tips For Trick or Treaters
Goblins and ghouls will soon take to the streets in search of Halloween treats. Lets make sure it is a safe holiday for monsters of all sizes. There are some basic safety tips that all trick or treaters need to know.
Halloween Safety Tips:
- Opt to use makeup rather than masks that can obstruct your view.
- Use light colors if possible for better visibility. Dark costumes should have reflective tape on them.
- Make sure costumes are the right size to prevent trips and falls
- Trick or Treaters should be accompanied by an adult
- Only trick or treat at houses you know. Stranger Danger.
- Carry a flashlight or glow stick. It will help drivers see you better.
- Stay on sidewalks and pathways. Always look both ways before crossing the street.
- Never eat unwrapped candy and always have an adult check your candy before consuming.
