Fourth of July Tuff Enuff 5K Challenge [Audio]

Leaf and Body By Stacy want to know if your Tuff Enuff?  This year at the Hometown Fourth of July Celebration in Neawha Park, Oneonta, the day will start with an exciting 5K challenge at 8:30am with four different waves.  Plan on getting dirty as the course promises to be anything but ordinary.  Stacy from Body by Stacy says there will be alternative routes for some of the obstacles.  Registration is going on now.  Leaf Executive Directer, Julie Dostal, and Stacy tell us more:
