Foothills PAC Names New Board President

Foothills Performing Arts and Civic Center has a new board president. Earlier this week Carol Blazina was elected as president.

Past president Dick Miller will serve as vice-president along with Arnie Drogen. This downtown Oneonta arts and civic center has developed the reputation as a leading destination for high quality shows, event planning and business meetings.
