Delaware County Sheriff Receives Surprise Donation For Children In Need

This past Monday, The Delaware County Sheriff's Office received a very nice warm surprise that will end up benefiting children in need in Delaware County.   Over 40 sets of beautifully hand-knitted gloves, hats and scarves, donated by Joan Castaldo and a group of her friends from down in Florida and been placed in the capable hands of the Sheriff's office to be distributed to local children who otherwise experience a chilly winter season ahead without proper outdoor attire.

It's giving women like these that make a big difference in lives of families in our local communities.  Well done!
