New York State Police at Oneonta are reporting a three-car-accident on Route 23 in  the Town of Davenport near the intersection of Regan Way on Friday evening just before 7:00 p.m. that sent four people to the hospital.

Kevin L. Johnson, age 56 of Windham was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Shaun M. Jones of Davenport, as Johnson was stopped and waiting to turn left into Mirabito. Shaun M. Jones was taken to Albany Med and has since been released. A 19-year-old  unidentified female passenger in his vehicle was transported to Bassett Medical Center. Her condition is not known. The ambulance driver, 41-year-old Gerald D. Brown and his passenger, a 21-year-old male from Sherburne (not yet identified) were transported A.O Fox Hospital. Their conditions are also unknown. Kevin L. Johnson was not transported to a hospital.
