The Otsego County Board of Representatives has decided to sell a 87-acre property to the Otsego Land Trust. AllOTSEGO reports the Rose Hill Property sits atop Panther Mountain on the north end of the Town of Otsego and connects with the Land Trust’s 85-acre Fetterlee Forest. The sale price was $151,000. The property just sold was part of a 100-acre parcel the county bought in 2015 to build a communications systems tower.
