Oneonta Memorial Garden Work Day Is Saturday

The organizers of the Memorial Garden behind the Oneonta High School are seeking helpers to maintain the garden and keep it beautiful. A work day will take place tomorrow (Aug. 10) starting at 8:00 a.m. until around noon. The garden was conceived, planned and built by the Compassionate Friends of the Oneonta region, a bereavement support group for parents following the death of a child. The perennial garden was designed in 2002 and built by Oneonta High School students.
