Common Council Offers $5,000 Reward for Oneonta Arsonist [VIDEO, PHOTOS]
Five fires in 12 hours hours struck Oneonta businesses and homes Friday night and into Saturday morning. The Department of Homeland Security is now assisting Oneonta city and Otsego County officials in the investigation.
Common Council has offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the Oneonta Arsonist.
