Candy Funhouse is looking to hire a "Chief Candy Officer," which is a fancy way of saying taste tester.

The company is willing to pay someone $100,000 a year to approve all candy in inventory and give it the official “Chief Candy Officer Stamp of Approval.”

The crazy part about this job hiring, is you don't have to be of age. A 5-year-old can apply for this job. I guess if you are okay with your child's teeth rotting out, you can put them to work!

According to Candy Funhouse, the only things they are looking for in a candidate is a love of candy and a “sweet tooth.” The job will also consist of deciding on new products for the company.

Obviously, the person who gets hired can't just say, "ew" and "yum" when taste testing the candy. The newly hired Chief Candy Officer will be put through extensive palate training to certify them for the job.

Some of the benefits of being the candy taste tester is the extensive dental plan and the ability to work from home.

You're probably thinking, "What? Getting paid $100K to sit on your couch and eat candy? This can't be real." But it is. It is completely real.

Interested candidates can apply at the Candy Funhouse website. Applications will be accepted until August 31.
