Burlington Flats Man Arrested for Vehicular Accident While Intoxicated

State police at Norwich arrested a Burlington Flats man Sunday for aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol concentration of .21%.

23-year-old Farrell M. Ruffles was arrested following a one vehicle property damage accident that occurred on State Route 12 in Norwich.

Farrell was arraigned in Norwich Town Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail.
