Body Found On Banks Of Unadilla River

State police investigators are looking into the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body found on the banks of the Unadilla River Friday.

The body of a man was found in the Town of Butternuts, about two miles south of the Village of South New Berlin. Search crews were looking for 46-year old Daniel Reimers who was last seen on November 7th.

The search team included New York state police troopers, forest rangers, Chenango County sheriff’s deputies, and civilian volunteers.
