Jets Begin Head Coach Search
The Jets are finally done with Adam Gase and now they have to hire the right guy to replace him.
Should Jets Keep Sam Darnold?
If the Jets don’t get the number one pick in the NFL draft, and after getting their first win on Sunday, chances are slim they will land Trevor Lawrence
Bills Win First AFC East Title Since 1995
It doesn’t seem all that long ago when the Buffalo Bills weren’t even a part of the playoff conversion. And know, thanks in large part to head coach Sean McDermott changing the climate, the Bills are one of the best teams in the AFC, and won their first AFC-East title since 1995 after crushing Denver on Saturday. And let’s face it, you can’t be a highly successful team without a great quarterback. The Bills have a great quarterback in Josh Allen.
Taking a Look at Baseball Hall of Fame 2020 Ballot
Ryan Spaeder gets former MLB players to submit their own baseball Hall of Fame votes and he joined us not only to discuss this upcoming ballot but he also weighed in on the current MLB Free Agency.
Jets Fire Greg Williams
Sunday’s loss to the Raiders is not on Jets head coach Adam Gase, it’s on defensive coordinator Gregg Williams. What was he thinking? Why did he dial up a blitz with man to man coverage, leaving rookie CB Lamar Jackson having to cover the speedy Henry Ruggs III? The result was a demoralizing game winning touchdown pass, that sent the Jets to an 0-12 record, but still alive to win the Trevor Lawrence sweep stakes.
Mets Make First Free Agent Signing
Trevor May is a good start, but it better be just the beginning of a spending frenzy for new Mets owner Steve Cohen.
NFC East on the Line this Weekend?
Giants play themselves right back into the thick of the NFC-East by beating Philadelphia on Sunday. If Evan Ingram catches the football, the Giants would have beaten the Eagles in their first meeting, but he didn’t and they lost 22-21. Both teams are very well coached, but my pick is the Giants. Quarterback Daniel Jones needs another error free game, and the Giants need to run the ball like they did against Washington. NFC East is still up for grabs, and the Giants will make a significant statement with a win. Giants 28-24.
Looking at the Circus That is the NFC East
Does Freddie Coleman believe in the Giants, specifically Daniel Jones?
Is the Patriots’ Dynasty Over?
The Patriots chances of making the playoffs are slipping away, and the Buffalo Bills are in perfect position to win the AFC-East for the first time since 1995.
Giants Win Ugly
It wasn’t pretty, but the Giants will take the win over Washington. Quarterback Daniel Jones continues to make strides, especially with his ability to run the ball. The dime he dropped into the lap of Darius Slayton for a touchdown is what makes Giants fans think he is the quarterback of the future. Giants lack playmakers on offense, but when that changes the Giants should feel secure with Jones at quarterback.
