ATV Crash in Walton Turns Fatal

A teenager is dead from an ATV crash in the Town of Walton on Friday afternoon. According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, a 15-year-old boy from the Bronx was riding along Iroquois Trail Road when he lost control of the vehicle, ran off the road and was ejected from the ATV after colliding with a tree. The boy was not wearing a helmet. A passerby called 9-1-1 after taking the boy to a nearby residence and the teen was airlifted to UHS Delaware Valley Hospital where he died of his injuries.
