Arc Otsego Presents Voice! 9 [Audio]

The Arc Otsego presents, "Voice! 9" running July 12-August 2, 2013.  It is the ninth annual celebration of the creativity of artists with developmental disabilities from across New York State.  Opening reception is this Friday, July 12, 2013 from 5pm-7pm at the Martin-Mullen Art Gallery in the Fine Arts Building at SUNY Oneonta.  Over seventy pieces of art will be on display at this juried art exhibition.  Lynne Sessions, Director of Community Relations of The Arc Otsego, shares more information with us:
