Afton Woman Facing Four Counts of Grand Larceny
A Chenango County housekeeper faces four counts of grand larceny and may face additional charges.
Kathleen Decker, 45, of Afton was arrested following an investigation into jewelry being taken from homes in Binghamton and Vestal where she was hired to clean. Two of the grand larceny counts are with the Binghamton Police Department and two are with the Vestal Police Department.
The investigation is continuing with other potential victims coming forward.
