Normally when studies about binge drinking come out we talk about teenagers and college students, but not this time. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reveal that nearly three-fourths of those who binge drink are over age 26. The fastest growing group of binge drinkers may surprise you. They are over 65 years old. How do you measure binge drinking? For men it is having more than four drinks in one sitting or more than fourteen drinks a week. For women, it is more than three drinks in a sitting or more than seven drinks a week.
Considering, the festivities over Memorial weekend, how do you classify?
