AFSP Out of the Darkness Community Walk [Audio]

Mark your calendar on September 8th for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Out of the Darkness Community Walk.  Donna Lang was in the studio this morning to tell us about the upcoming event.  Donna lost her own son to suicide and wants to help educate people about the signs of suicide and help save lives.  The event will take place at Neawha Park in Oneonta, N.Y.  Take a listen to her conversion with the Old Spin Doctor/Big Chuck:
