Walton Man Arrested for Felony DWI

State police at Sidney arrested a Walton man Saturday on a Class E felony of driving while intoxicated.

24-year-old Brett Gladstone was arrested after troopers investigated a one vehicle accident on State Route 206 at County Road 27 in the Town of Tompkins, Delaware County. Troopers believe Gladstone was intoxicated when he crashed his pickup truck into a tree off the road.

He refused to submit to a breath test, was arraigned in Town of Tompkins Court and sent to the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
