“Ugly Sweater” Frostbite 5K Rounding the Corner

The Frostbite 5K is wrapping up. This year's event is dedicated to Oneonta YMCA supporter John Hayen.  This will be your last chance to run, walk or bike this month. You’ll be amazed at how easy it will be to find an ugly sweater out there; slip it on with your race bib for a chance to win stuff. This all benefits the Oneonta YMCA.
