‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’ IMAX Poster Unites Man and Machine
In just a couple of weeks, we'll get to see the fourth installment in Michael Bay's 'Transformers' saga when 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' hits theaters, and today we've got the new IMAX poster featuring Mark Wahlberg, Optimus Prime and one very awesome-looking Dinobot.
'Age of Extinction' is the fourth film in the 'Transformers' series and serves as a reboot, ditching Shia LaBeouf's young hero, Sam Witwicky, in favor of Michael Bay's 'Pain and Gain' star, Mark Wahlberg -- and that alone has us excited enough, but even more promising is the addition of the Dinobots, which should up the action ante considerably.
The new poster, unleashed by the folks at IMAX, features a tiny Wahlberg, dwarfed by a towering Optimus Prime and a Dinobot, with the tagline, "Stand together or face extinction." Wahlberg plays a mechanic who, along with his daughter (played by newcomer Nicola Peltz), makes a shocking discovery that draws the attention of both the Autobots and Decepticons -- as well as a paranoid government official. They're joined by Stanley Tucci, Jack Reynor, Kelsey Grammer, T.J. Miller, Sophia Myles, Titus Welliver and Li Bingbing.
