Toothpaste can do so much more than clean your teeth.  In fact, the same product you are putting your mouth can clean the scuff marks off your sneakers.  It can even brighten your tarnished jewelry.  Toothpaste can be used to help clean up all over the household.  Here are my top picks:

Fill In Holes In The Wall
Moving or getting ready to paint?  Notice a lot of little holes left by your wall hangings?  Grab a tube of toothpaste to fill them effortlessly.  White paste type works best.

Clean Crayon Off Of the Walls
Dab a little paste on the marks and lightly scrub.  The toothpaste breaks down the crayon.  Wipe off with damp rag.

Clean Sink and Deodorize Drain
White paste can be used to gently clean your sink.  Spread with damp cloth and rinse.  The basin will shine and the drain will smell fresh.

Fix Scratched Cell Phone Screens and CDs
Place a tiny bit of toothpaste on the tip of your finger.  Run over the scratch to fill it in then wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.

Stop Itching
Rub small dab of paste on a insect bite to stop the itch. Also can be applied to soothe a minor burn.

Remove Odor From Hands
Fish, onion, garlic and other fragrant foods can leave your hands covered in their aroma.  Scrub your hands with toothpaste to breakdown and clean away the smell, just as it works in your mouth.

Hope you find these tips helpful.  I have tried a few with decent results.  Let me know if you have other suggestions.
