The Oneonta Halloween Parade Is Fun NOT To Miss!

My favorite annual parade in Oneonta is the Halloween parade.  It's a night of yummy candy, apple cider and donuts, not to mention awesome and creative costumes.  The parade is always on October 31 at 7 p.m. with cider and donuts to follow in the middle level of Oneonta's parking garage.
