Teen Arrested for Swastika Vandalism in Greene
State Police at Norwich arrested a 14 year-old-male of Chenango Forks for first degree aggravated harassment of property.
The teen, who was arrested in Greene, allegedly drew a swastika on an individual's property.
State police say the incident is still under investigation.
