Support Special Olympics New York State Winter Games in Syracuse - register to volunteer today!

Friends of Christmas, a group of local volunteers, are putting on their 26th Annual Community Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day, December 25, 2013, at the First United Methodist Church at 66, Chestnut Street, Oneonta, New York.  All are welcome to join in the festivity, free of cost.  Dinner will be served from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and meals can be delivered to shut-ins.

Oneonta Community Health Clinic provides free health services to uninsured patients in Otsego and Delaware Counties.  They are able to do this because of all of the generous volunteers.  The doctors, nurses, cleaners, everyone involved, volunteer their services.

The First Night Oneonta parade is earlier this year and volunteers are needed to help with the puppets.  The parade will be at 4pm and if you sign up to volunteer, you will get a free button ($15 value) to get into the numerous venues throughout the evening...
