Malloween, a fun, Halloween event for families, sponsored by the Southside Mall, is coming up on Sunday, October 26th from 11am to 2pm.

I had some pampering yesterday, which every mommy needs.  My daughter gave me a one of a kind manicure.  She had attended a VIP party at Claire's in the Southside Mall on Sunday and picked up some fun techniques.

Etc, Etc. is calling it quits after 25 years. The longtime Southside Mall mainstay is closing on May 31, or even sooner if the stock is all gone.  I can't tell you how many videos, magazines, Lotto tickets and more I have purchased there since 1989, my first year in radio...

This Sunday, April 6, 2014 is the annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Southside Mall, Route 23, Southside, Oneonta.  Kids up to age ten can participate in this free event from 1pm-2pm.  Also, there will be other giveaways including gift baskets for boys and girls.

Despite our latest Winter Weather Advisory for Wednesday, pushing hopes of Spring further away, Spring WILL most definitely arrive soon and you may be planning some Spring projects.

This Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the Southside Mall, you can help Trout Unlimited raise funds to send a child to DEC camp.  In addition to the fundraiser, children can enter to win complete spin fishing outfits given away every half hour.  Prizes for adults, too.

This Wednesday, Novemeber 20, 2013, SUCO Fashion Student Society will present "Dress For Success Internship Fashion Show" at 7pm at the Hunt Union Ballroom.   The show will educate students and community members on how to dress for a variety of professional situations.  You can learn how to dress for success.

This Saturday, October 19, 2013, at the Southside Mall in partnership with Bassett Healthcare Network, is the Health and Wellness Expo from 11am to 4pm.  Local community experts will be on hand sharing information on health, safety, childhood, and senior living.  Lots of live demonstrations and informative talks providing information on services available to you and your family.

This Sunday, June 9, 2013 is a family fun day at the Southside Mall, sponsored by the Oneonta City Stallions.  Come join the fun from noon-4pm.  There will be information for the parents on summer camps and programs for the kids, outdoor bounce house, inside fun house for toddlers, craft tables, and more...
