New York State Police in Oneonta are investigating a fatal crash in Otsego County.

Community Bank does not take closing the branch lightly but they see it as necessary “given trends in retail branch transactions and shifting customer behaviors.”

Only Otsego County residents can participate in this testing event and pre-registration is requested
