The Oneonta YMCA has made the official announcement for 38 Special.

The Oneonta Family YMCA will be holding a Formal Wear Exchange coming up at St. James Episcopal Church in Oneonta for girls.

The Oneonta YMCA is holding their annual fundraiser for the ORCA swim team, The Gilbert Lake Open Water Swim

Apparently now that Spring has sprung and people want to get out, there are plenty of opportunities for them to do so this weekend in the Oneonta area.  Here are some events that have come to our attention that we want you to know about:

It looks like this Saturday, March 22nd is going to be busy with Jeff Musial the Animal Guy at the Oneonta Theatre in the afternoon for families and then the adults get an event just for them that same night at the Carriage House on Old Southside Drive with the Oneonta Family YMCA "Taste of Life" event from 6pm to 10pm.

The Oneonta Family YMCA, at Ford Ave in Oneonta, N.Y., is hosting a free pool party this Saturday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.  This is a kick off to the summer programs offered by the Y.  Space is still available in some of the programs.  Child Enrichment Coordinator, Heidi Tanner-Brantley, tells us more about the event and programs:
