Minimum Wage

There's a bill in the New York State Legislature that if passed would increase the minimum wage in New York to over $20 an hour.

Following a full compensation evaluation, Bassett will be raising salaries to reward workers and incentivize retention efforts.

If you're an hourly employee in New York, you will soon see a few more cents in your paycheck because a minimum wage increase is coming by the end of the year.

Bassett Healthcare Network raised the minimum wage for employees to $15 per hour.
