Everybody has a nickname, right?  Well, maybe not everyone.  I was going through some old Lazy T pictures and remembering everyone by there nicknames.  For example, my nickname is "T", I call Bo "Cephus" short for Hank Williams Jr Bocephus and long, tall Keith is "Stick".  Steve, our sound guy, has two  "Hoover" and "Sutter".  But it occurred to me
