Before hoisting yourself into a dumpster to see what sort of things you can nab, you need to know whether or not it's legal to do so in the state of New York.

A major reason the government discourages the destruction or defacing of money is because it requires money to produce more money.

Jello-O shots at bars could be a thing of the past. Jell-O shots are a party favorite. You pour your favorite vodka in some jello mix, let them sit, and there you have it--a classic.

It's just one little bag of trash and they've got room in their dumpster - tossing in your garbage isn't that big of a deal. Or, is it?

This is a topic that I think everyone should know, but as I observe motorists when I'm out on the roadways, it's obvious some don't know or just choose to ignore what is legal and what is not when you are in a motor vehicle in New York State...

Did you know it's illegal to hang anything, including a face mask, from your rearview mirror and you could get a ticket?

Did you know graduation tassels, air fresheners, cell phone mounts, and even your facemask are all illegal to place on your rearview mirror?
