A local animal shelter is teaming up with an area restaurant to collect pet food for homeless people who can’t afford to buy food for their animals.

The Oneonta "warming station" is a collaborative effort between Catholic Charities and the Oneonta Main Street Baptist Church. Those in need can come to the warming shelter any night of the week from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. for shelter and warmth.
