The Susquehanna SPCA is selling its current location on Rt. 28, just outside of Cooperstown to the Montezuma Winery & Hidden Marsh Distillery of Seneca Falls. AllOTSEGO reports the winery which came about from a honey production company, will operate a tasting room in the shelter’s current thrift shop space.

Montezuma’s primary products are fruit and honey wines but they also produce grape wines. The SPCA is moving to a new facility about a half-mile down Route 28 toward Cooperstown and is expecting to have a grand opening this spring.
