The SUNY Oneonta Theater Department will be presenting the production of “The Good Person of Szechwan” by Bertolt Brecht and directed by Dr. John McCaslin-Doyle. The story follows a young woman, Shen Te, as she struggles to follow a life that is “good,”

according to the gods. Her neighbors and friends are so cruel, that Shen Te is forced to create an alter ego, in order to protect herself and her goodness.

Show dates are November 9th through November 12th at Goodrich Theater in the Fine Arts Building, 108 Ravine Pkwy.  Shows on the 9th- 11th will begin at 8 p.m. and the Sunday matinee will be at 2 p.m. Tickets are $5, or free with a student ID.
