State Troopers Conduct Underage Drinker Initiative in Otsego County

One Saturday January 27th state troopers from the Oneonta and Margaretville barracks conducted an Underage Drinker Initiative in Otsego County.

The troopers conducted checks on convenience stores in the City of Oneonta and the Towns of Oneonta, Otsego, Richfield Springs and Milford.

Twelve stores were checked and all were found to be in full compliance with all New York State laws, including stores in which previous underage sale arrests were made.

The stores found to be compliant with the law are as follows:

4.  Valero, Oneida and Chestnut Streets, Town of Oneonta
5.  Express Mart, State Route 20, Town of Richfield
6.  Taylor Mini Mart, West Main Street, Village of Richfield Springs
7.  Red Apple, West Main Street, Village of Richfield Springs
8.  Stewarts’ Shops, Main Street, Village of Richfield Springs *
9.  Fly Creek General Store, State Route 28, Fly Creek, Town of Otsego
10. Stewarts’ Shops, Chestnut Street, Village of Cooperstown
11. Pit Stop, State Route 28, Cooperstown, Town of Otsego *
12. Apple Food & Grocery, State Route 28, Town of Milford
