State Police Continue NBT Bank Robbery Investigation

State police at Sidney are continuing their investigation into the armed robbery last week at NBT Bank in Whitney Point.

The ensuing investigation has revealed the suspect fled the area in a black pickup truck, with some of the suspected stolen money being lost from the vehicle.

Some of the money was recovered by local citizens and turned over to state police. The black pickup was last seen on State Route 26 South heading toward Endicott.
