SSPCA Give Advice for Pets During Virus Threat
The Susquehanna SPCA is urging pet owners to make plans to care for their animals in case of a coronavirus diagnosis which would quarantine the owner. Executive Director Stacie Haynes says owners should identify a family member or friend who can care for pets if needed. Haynes says they are also looking for foster homes in the case that shelter staff falls ill. A special adoption event is being held today and tomorrow to free up shelter space.
