There will be a total of 41 breweries at Snommegang this year and in the coming weeks, we'll share them all with you. Here are four of our featured breweries joining us for the festival:
BINGHAMTON BREWING COMPANY: A great brewery founded with the idea of bringing beer brewing back to Binghamton. Beers are always made with locally sourced hops and malt whenever possible. Visit this brewery at binghamton brewery.
BEAK AND SKIFF: For over 100 years Beak and Skiff have been growing apples in Lafayette, N.Y. Five generations of the same family. Now offering popular hard ciders, they will be on hand with a stellar lineup for you to taste. Visit them at beak skiff
BIG ALICE BREWING COMPANY: Their brewery and tap rooms are located in Queens and Brooklyn, N.Y. The brewery name honors the world's largest generator which was built near their site in Queens. It was constructed by Allis-Chalmers Company and it supplied energy for 3,000,000 people. Locals referred to it as the Big Alice, hence the brewery name. Visit them at big alice brewing
WEST KILL BREWING: Located on a 146-acre historic dairy farm in the heart of the Catskills, this brewery uses local maple sap, cherries, honey and other homegrown products in their process. A unique brewery. Beers carry typical "Catskill names" like Brookie, Saphouse, Kaaterskill and Catch & Release. Visit them at west kill brewing.
