Schoharie County Old Mobile Home Owners: Sign Up For Replacement

If you live in the Towns of Conesville, Gilboa, or Jefferson and would like to be placed on a waiting list for mobile home replacement because you own a dilapidated mobile home, the Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council, Inc. (WCCRC) is lending a helping hand by directing a mobile home replacement program for older homes.

General eligibility for this type of program is based on household income, ownership of the property where the existing mobile / manufactured home is located, and condition of the home. The mobile / manufactured home must be the permanent, year-round residence of owners.
