S.H.I.F.T Holistic Living Fair [Audio]

S.H.I.F.T ( spiritual, holistic, integrative, festive, transformations) Living Fair will be two days in Oneonta.  November 23 from 4pm-9pm and November 24 from 9am to 6pm at the Holiday Inn.  Many workshops are included with your admission and other readings and workshops are offered at a small fee.  Take a listen to find out more:
