
Police Arrest Two Teens for Alleged Burglary at Hogan’s General Store in Andes
After responding to a burglary in progress at Hogan’s General Store in the Village of Andes, police arrested a 16-year-old male from Margaretville and a 14-year-old male from Andes for one count of 3rd degree burglary and one count of attempted petit larceny.
The 16-year-old was arraigned in Town of Delhi Court and released to reappear at a later date. The 14-year-old was issued a juvenile appearance ticket to appear at Delaware County Department of Probation at a later date.
