Why Is Comedian Patton Oswalt Hanging Out At ShoppingTown Mall In Syracuse?
Have you seen photos of Patton Oswalt hanging out at ShoppingTown Mall in Syracuse? Why is he in Central New York?
Actually, Patton Oswalt has been spotted all over the Syracuse area since the beginning of May. He was spotted at an Aldi's location, and now at ShoppingTown Mall. He posted a photo on Instagram with the following caption:
"I have commandeered this abandoned shopping mall for the duration of our nation's gas crisis"
CNY Central has asked Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon why he may be here, and he said the following:
"Onondaga County is a Hot Spot for film Production."
The film "I Love My Dad" is filming in Syracuse from May 10 to June 10. Is this the project he's working on?
We have reached out to Patton's email, and social media channels to see if he will comment. So far he has politely declined for a comment. We will update this story when we learn more.
