Otsego County CaseWorker Arrested

A Unadilla man was arrested by New York State Police on February 24 on accusations of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching. Robert J. Horan, 55, of Unadilla and a caseworker for Otsego County was arraigned in Unadilla Court on these charges which, according to police, were the result of an investigation into an incident that occurred at a residence in Unadilla back in January. The incident did not occur as a part of Horan’s official work duties.

Horan was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on April 13, 2020.
