A traffic stop in Oneonta ends up with the arrest of a man wanted in connection with a stolen credit card case and also being sought on two warrants. According to Oneonta Police, Nicholas Cartelli of Oneonta was stopped on Chestnut Street last Tuesday and initially gave a false name to officers but once his true identity was determined officers arrested Cartelli for using the credit card and for a suspended driver license. Cartelli was wanted for a 2012 domestic incident that occurred in Oneonta also for an out of county false personification warrant.
