Now that the Mohawk Valley Region of New York State is in Phase 4 of reopening, the museums have been opening their doors to visitors, albeit with some new protocols for staff and visitors in place to curb the spread of COVID-19.

The Swart-Wilcox House Museum in Oneonta is excited to be able to continue its Summer Sunday Series this season. In fact, it begins on July 12 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with a free presentation with Elaine Downing on "Marbleized paper", a long tradition in the arts that is experiencing a resurgence.

To attend, just show up with your own lawn chair and wear a face covering. All programs are held on the front lawn of the SW House and are weather dependent. Tours of the museum are available at this time.
